Before anyone yells at me, I started with Sky exactly because he had a super effective move against the Gyarados, maybe still not the best choice but eh, I was nervous. According to my notes "I tried to use Ancient Power" but i guess Sky was slower (i made it to "miss" in the comic) and the Ice Fang on Sky was also a critical hit, but he survived it just fine! So yeah I'm making this follow my notes at least as much as i understand from them. I can't get behind my exact thought process from three years ago unfortunately though.
